OSHA COMPLIANCE

We have experience in the design, evaluation, and rating of lifting equipment.  This includes the specification, design, and evaluation of cranes & hoists, monorails, and below the hook (BTH) attachments.   We are familiar with related codes and standards including OSHA, CMAA, and ASME requirements for cranes and lifting systems.  We can evaluate and determine load capacities for your existing lifting equipment.

Our engineering consultants have designed fall protection systems, railings, and ladder safety systems (LSS) for industrial clients.  We can evaluate your facility and provide recommendations or designs for systems to enhance worker safety at your facility.  We are familiar with current OSHA compliance requirements for fall arrest and fall restraint systems.  Past projects include horizontal life lines (HLLs), fall protection anchors, and ladder safety systems (LSS).

Are your achieving OSHA compliance with existing ladders and stairs?  Do you have caged ladders that need to be upgraded to meet the new OSHA fixed ladder requirements?  Our mechanical engineers can perform an onsite assessment to identify opportunities to improve workplace safety.  We can provide customized designs for stairs (OSHA & IBC), ladders, and work platforms  to facilitate access to elevated equipment.  We can provide engineered drawings and partner with your preferred  fabricator to provide turnkey installation of ladders, work platforms, and stairs.
